not being able to add any variations to listings

Hi i am just wonder if there is any update to why ive not been able to add any variations to my jeans multi listings since the 4th November now been 13 days and its now really affecting my listing as a small seller.

Saved Drafts Disappeared today 11/15/19

I've been a member of eBay for years. Today when I tried to sign in, the site asked me to "verify". The verification is a stupid thing...sliding a piece of puzzle into the right slot. Is this something new or has the site been hacked?

Technical issues

Seller hub shows that I have 10 listings ending today. However, when I try to open them it shows 0 active. What's happening happening with this. I tried logging out and back in but it hasn't changed.
