I always contact eBay on the "eBay for business" Facebook page and chat
with them. You can attach photos on there. Worth a try but otherwise I
don't have any advice.
Basically telling me that they ongoing issues and that if someone buys
it then I will just have to eat the cost. Awesome. I did end up
relisting this from scratch and now it is correct.
