international label went to managed shipments & cannot void

went to print a FC intl label on ebay. I picked standard label which I thought they had just renamed. insteadi got ebay' managed shipping' and, there is no option to void it in 'shipping labels' what gives?

Importance of Acceptance Scan

Look at the tracking on these shipped items. Had I not had the postal carrier scan as 'acceptance' I would have received defects. Always try to get that acceptance scan, especially now when there are so many shipping delays
