Hmmm.... What am I missing? When I print shipping labels the tracking is automatically transferred, nothing faster than that.

Think the OP doesn't purchase labels thru eBay labels for what every reason. Always buy our labels thru eBay and you pay the same price as from any other site and it is very convenient.

I use ebay shipping, so the tracking number is added automatically, but I think this might help:
If you are using Seller Hub, go to Orders > Awaiting Shipment
Then instead of using the default of Buyer Username, click the drop-down and select either Order Number or Sales Record Number and then click on Search, and hopefully the list will be in an order that is more usable for you.

It seems you ship a lot by via USPS First Class Package don't see how you are getting a better rate (price) than what you get thru eBay labels through some "other" source.
e.g. I pay $7.75 (commercial rate through eBay labels for a Padded Flat Rate Envelope, same cost as thru Stamps no added charge - on the other hand Stamps.com has a $17.99 monthly fee.
