Ebay site freezes every two minutes right now

Is ebay having tech issues tonight? Whole site keeps freezing (including this page) every few minutes. I am trying to list an item for sale- this is taking up the whole night.Any answers? barebottomdeals

misdirection of buttons

when i click on 'send to online auction' button under active listings, or click on 'relist' under unsold listings, i am directed to watchlist instead of the proper page.

Cant find a way to get ahold of Ebay

When I go to the bottom of ebay to contact them, once I select a category, it does not give me the option to call them with a code. It gives me the option of a digital assistant and to ask the community. Any hlp would be appreciated.
