No email communications from Ebay

I have not received any email communications from eBay in some time.  I don't have any rules or filters in my email account and eBay is not being blocked by my host. I called customer service who sent a email to IT to have them look into it.  I tried to setup 2fa i get the text but when I go to verify the email I never got it as well as password reset emails don't come in either. I also don't get purchase confirmations from eBay and its enabled in my communication preferences. Anyone run into this issue?

If you find the solution, please let me me know.  For one of my stores, I have not received emails from eBay since 4/13.  I do get emails from other eBay users. After 4 calls into eBay they say they are still working on it.  Needless to say, I removed all my listings and went to were my business is appreciated.  I have about 3 months left in that store subscription, then I will be closing that as well not renewing.
