Several posts that I have read have alluded to some sort of agreement
between our government and the Chinese government that absolves them
from having to pay the return shipping for NAD/SNADS. Is this true? If
it is true, shouldn't eBay's MBG on list...
Buyer lied to force a return, unfortunately it happens all the time. Be
glad you received your item back and not a box of rocks. Not sure what
if anything eBay will do, just make sure that you block them.
