Bug Issue - When clicking an active listing's "seller similar" button, instead of going opening a create new listing page, it add's the item to my cart and takes me to checkout. Seems to be happening often.

Edit best offer.

When I tried to add best offer and set an automatic decline over a certain amount doesn't save. It just is set as ON for offers. Please fix this. I don't want to be bothered all day with low offers. I rather not allow offers at all.
