Edit best offer.

When I tried to add best offer and set an automatic decline over a certain amount doesn't save. It just is set as ON for offers. Please fix this. I don't want to be bothered all day with low offers. I rather not allow offers at all.

The drop down list for country of manufacture is incomplete

Why isn't a custom value allowed or a more complete list of countries listed in drop down? It seems like eBay in the tools section thinks that everything is made in anything, but USA, Japan or Germany.
