Shipping Policy Bug
When creating a new listing, or revising a current listing on PC (Google Chrome) the drop down menu in the shipping section is not allowing us to choose between our existing shipping policies and just displaying the current shipping policy.

Unable to cancel a customers order who hasn't paid or responded.

Best Offer Glitch
There seems to be a Best Offer glitch. It says I have 42 eligible but when I try to send the offers with a percentage the screen is shaded out and says no eligible offers to send. Anyone else having this issue?

Send offers feature not working
I know many people have brought this up, but I wanted to, as well, to show it's not an isolated issue. PS: Some have said they can send offers through the app -- how is that done? I couldn't, for the life of me.

Just a heads up that the Send Offer feature is not working. When you click on all available items to send offers on, an attempt to bulk send, the ‘send’ button remains grey and will not allow you to send offers. PC / Google Chrome.
