Can't print shipping labels nor scan form

What is going on? Labels and scan forms have printed just fine for years, including last Saturday. Today, Monday, I paid for 5 labels and eBay sent them to a PDF file instead of my Chrome desk top. I cannot print any shipping labels nor the scan form...
