shake your mobile app

if we are having issues, ebay says we should "shake your mobile app" how do we shake a mobile app? We can't read or send ebay messages so since no one is alive at ebay anymore except for ai, how do we shake an app? Is that even moral or legal?

Wrong item picture

Wrong item and /or when selecting sold comps. I can look an item up using the search or the camera fine, toggle to sold and everything is incorrect. Picture may be the item correctly BUT when you click on the item it's a different thing all together.
