i paid for an order, I received confirmation and order number but the
order cannot be tracked and it is not in my purchase history. It was not

Hi guys, my orders have been cancelled and refunds given but l have not
received it in my accounts. My bank is asking for ARN but ebay is not
co-operating. Yet, "ask ebay to step" doesn't show either. Any help?
