** Please can someone from ebay advise if we are protected from defects due to the captcha issue 6/2

Can we get a clear answer on this? My auctions were not viewable for a huge chunk of june 2 and caused items to sell for below average prices, are we being punished for defects if we cancel those?

Every UPS Ground shipment I try and make I am getting an error "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label". I have tried on PC, Mac, and the app and all give the same result.
