I'm assuming you're the seller and that you claim to have made a mistake/typo.
How is that fraud?
If you sold an item and aren't happy with the price, per ebay policy, you are still obligated to honor that winning bid. But if you want to cancel the sale, you need to choose a reason that puts the responsibility on you.
You will get a ding on your account for an "out of stock" or "item broken or lost" but it's the price you'll have to pay for your own error.
If I erred in one of my listings (and most sellers who sell long enough do so), I would honor the sale and learn from my mistake.

Don't understand -- "because of obvious fraud" -- you are not labeling yourself a fraudster, are you?
You do know that a seller cancelling a sale on eBay is a big no-no and results is consequences, right? But please do return and explain further.
