20% non paying bidder rate here.. even when the bids are placed in the final seconds i have never had anyone accept a second chance offer.. anyone have any insight on this?

Can we get a clear answer on this? My auctions were not viewable for a huge chunk of june 2 and caused items to sell for below average prices, are we being punished for defects if we cancel those?

What happens when you offer free 30 day returns but the buyer used a 3rd party service? Does the 3rd party cancel out any obligations?
