Selling photos being replaced by colored boxes while uploading

While uploading photos for selling, they are being replaced by colored boxes. These are photos of tickets and a harness. These photos were taken with my cell and are all over 3000 pixies everywhere. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Font of item description not what I selected.

When creating listings I typically go with the default 14 pt Arial, but the listings end up in serif (I think Times Roman).... so I have to revise the font after creating each listing.
