An eBay sorting problem on search results

When I select sort search results based on prices, I found that eBay doesn't sort items that have price changed, and just simply leave them at the end of the sorting... Sellers will be sad that their items will be less visible after they made a discount...

If you are sorting by "Price plus shipping: lowest first" or "highest first", for items with freight shipping where the actual value is not known the total amount cannot be calculated, and those items may appear at the end of the results.
