Ebay keeps trying to confirm my personal information using my old phone number

Every time I try to list an item I get taken to the personal information confirmation screen which is still using my old phone number despite having updated it on the site. If I change it and hit confirm it just resets back to the wrong information

Hi, Is anyone else having issues with the ebay site crashing on their computer? This mainly is occurring when I load up a large search. Any recommendation on what to do? I've already deleted cache and cookies and that doesn't seem to fix the problem.
