I have been an Ebay seller for years. As of about 2 month ago, I had approx. 100 listings selling. At that time, 2 months ago, I had not relisted any of them. I fell and got a concussion so wasn't listing any of them because I wasn't able. Today, after recovering from my illness, I wanted to start selling again and relist my items already on but not relisted. They all had disappeard. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do to get them back. I was heartsick, meaning it would be all most impossible to list all these items again, about 100 of them. I had a very nice customer service person I talked to but after trying to retrieve them for me was unable. This is not right, because of circumstances beyond my control you just erase all my unsold items. Is there any possible way anyone can tell me that I can get them back?

Unlisted items are purged after 90 days, and has been this way for as long as I remember. You'd think ebay would keep them for at least a year, but sorry they don't, which really messed up seasonal sellers. Now you can just keep fixed priced items active, but hidden by setting the quantity to zero.

Sorry, but they only keep them so long, then delete them.
