Website issues (only shows " seller offers")

Can't access USPS shipping labels but UPS and FedEx are available

When I open my page of active sales, I have for days a grey veil above my page and an advertising to save time adding listings to promotions.I cannot check anything.I tried to have promotions to be read of it...it did not work..and I have promotions....

Item specific deleted if category changed...AGAIN!

This glitch was fixed for a while but now it is back. If you enter all the item specifics and then realize the category need to be changed...everything that was entered disappears.
