Clicking "Add to watchlist" no longer updates the page with a "Saved in your Watchlist" banner

Previously clicking "Add to watchlist" would update the page with a blue banner at the top. This isn't happening today -- the banner only appears when the page is refreshed. The behavior is the same with Chrome and Firefox.
