Issued full order refund for a returned item but i promised the customer
that i will issue extra refund towards his shipping cost.but now the
return is closed refunded etc. and there is option to issue refund .what
to do ???
with this new message format i cant click to link to the order customer
is referring to in his message.same with linking to the item listing
when the customer sends a message about an item
it does appear in the email but when i click i am getting an error
