A little more than a week ago, I had to set my shipping business policies to 7 days from 3. Now when I go to edit them back, the process fails and all the listings get dumped in to a new policy with a "-copy" extension with no changes. I've tried moving the listing to the edited one, but still fails. I've also tried deleting the empty policy and editing the policy to the correct attributes (even changes it's name entirely) and it does the same. I've tried 3 different browsers. Clearing out the cache. Going on 2 full days now. I have multiple shipping policies and every single one failed. At wits end.

Do you have open offers? You'll have to wait 4 days for the offers to expire before you can make the changes you want.

You are correct, but I don't have offered enabled nor have I sent offers in over 2 weeks.

As long as there are open offers you cannot change the terms of the listing. Wait 4 days for them to expire then make your edits. If you use automatic offers, you can disable them temporarily.

Did you click to turn off "automatic offers" when you sent those offers? If you did not .......... eBay may have sent some for you after that which may still be open.

I guess I need to be more explicit. Offers I had sent weeks ago were prior to me changing my handling time. Given than, automatic offers was not set. This is affecting ALL 3000+ listings.

Hello, eBay... Anyone there? Going on 6 days now with no resolution... On the positive side. I'm back to shipping my items under 3 days. You could say I'm under-promising and over-delivering. No sure what I would have done if I couldn't have extended my handling time.
