I'm currently unable to purchase any shipping labels, instead I get this

I use SixBit as well. For topographical postcards you have to have that
category selected under ebay categories. Then under the item specifics
you have to set USA as the country to get the dropdown menu options for
state and city. Not that it matters...
Personally I wouldn't touch it, except to erase dealer marks from the
back, and sell it as is. Not worth the risk of damage in my opinion, and
if the buyer wants to clean it they can take on that risk.
I'm going to be set up at the Allentown PA paper show, which is huge and
has a postcard show inside it, on October 7th and 8th, and also at the
York PA show. Don't think I'll be selling at Lancaster but I'll probably
stop by to buy one of the days.
