Massage Reply Not Working

Since last night I can't reply to messages on my ebay account. I can access and read, but when I hit the reply button the page goes blank and won't load. Is anyone else having issue with this?

Why can't I post new posts or reply to posts already there

I don't see a New Message link to press to start a new post. I don't see a Reply button so I can reply to a post.
