Experiencing errors while bulk listings and trying to edit in bulk? when trying to save, it says that I have errors that need to be fixed but there are no errors showing and then it kicks me out. I am having to edit and submit individually.

I checked out a couple of your listings, saw nothing offhand out of place, but when I saw all the Vendio stuff, I made another check.
http://www.isdntek.com/ebaytools/ActiveContentScanner.htm
1378 out of 1922 of your active listings have what I believe are now fatal problems - non-eBay links in your descriptions.
I don't know for sure if eBay is prohibiting listing at all when active content, etc is encountered, but I believe so, and it may be that that is why the bulk editor is balking (it isn't giving you specific failure messages for those problems). Maybe eBay finally flipped a switch for you and instead of emailing warnings just made them fail to relist.
Unfortunately, I don't think you can use that tool to scan ended listings, which means that if that is the issue, unless it is a simple thing common to all the listings (like a link to something not an image or css on the Vendio site) that you can bulk edit out, you'll have to fix them one by one.
And it turns out that may be the case.
You have what looks like a clickable tracking link in at least the one flagged listing I checked (262459887621)
<a class="textLink" target="_blank" href="https://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/viewimage.x/00000000/

face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><br><br></font></a>
it's the only thing I can find in there that might have triggered the ISDNTek flagging, and may be what is causing the bulk editor to balk if it is also present in your ended listings.
If so, this isn't an eBay bug or problem - it would be a "you" problem.
Let's call in the expert cavalry @shipscript (the author of that tool - she knows this stuff)
Summary:
It looks like there are non-eBay links in 75% of your active listings, and would likely also be present in your ended listings that you are trying to relist. Speculation is that the eBay bulk editor might be refusing to relist based on that (IIRC, the individual listing editor throws a red warning when active content is encountered and will not allow the listing or relisting. The bulk editor may also be doing so now that the year? long grace period is over)

I'm having the same problem except it won't show what the errors are. I've looked closely at some of the listings that supposedly have errors and can't see any so I dunno....

hi. nothing unusual, every one of my listings have this error so it isn't just the 2, that was just an example. i do not use variations so that probably isn't it. i've tried IE, Google and also just tried Firefox, also tried on my phone and none of them work. It is starting to get irritating, it has been quite a while and takes a lot of time to list using this method. i believe that the "scheduled" listings will list but i don't want to pay extra to use this service.
I am wondering if there is another way to use some sort of bulk listing so i can bypass this error i am getting? Even an additional service i could add?
Thank you. Teri

These are live listings that need bulk revisions?
When you revise individually, can you see which repairs are requested or handled by eBay?
It has been my experience that older mandates may need to be addressed before newer ones. The older mandates are the ones that were once grandfathered for GTC listings and might include category changes, image sizes, UPC, etc, while newer mandates might affect return policy, active content, links or contact info, and such.
Have you looked at eBay's bulk editor page where there is an option to display listings with recommendations or violations? The errors should be listed there for each item, and that should give you an idea of what fields you might need to bulk update first.

My take on it from the verbiage in post #4 is that it's relists,
"... It is starting to get irritating, it has been quite a while and takes a lot of time to list using this method. i believe that the "scheduled" listings will list but i don't want to pay extra to use this service. ... I am wondering if there is another way to use some sort of bulk listing..."

Ended listings can be retrieved through eBay's File Exchange and can then be culled for items to relist. An attempt to relist through File Exchange will produce a failure report that includes reasons for the failures. There will be the extra steps of culling listings and reading the reports, but perhaps that will shed more light if the reasons are not readily available on eBay's bulk relister.
If the problems lie with the item description and the violating links, those can be found and repaired by the Bulk Active Content Editor. The seller would need to produce the list of item numbers that will be relisted (from File Exchange or manually), and from that, the Bulk Active Content Editor can generate revised descriptions for upload through a File Exchange relist command.

hi. yes, it refuses. these are pending listings, not relists.

i have made changes and it lets me, but when i try to close at the bottom, it shows the errors. i can list individually, just not using the editor.

These are scheduled listings. i have revised from there for years because pending listings were disappearing from the draft section. they are all scheduled in the future. i add photos and launch from there. when i revise individually, it does not show any errors and i am able to revise them, one at a time...which is time consuming. this is happening with all my listings, i am not able to revise and launch any of them using the bulk tool. There have been no changes as these have never been launched. there are no recommendations until i try to launch, then it throws this error.
