Thank you, hopefully he will see this and weigh in!I should point that I have already tried:- Clearing out cookies and temporary internet cache and restarting my computer.- Using my home computer and am not on a public network (how I always use eBay)...

Three days later and this still hasn't been fixed. I'm not in Canada so can't do the ebay.ca workaround and am trying to escalate a request to get eBay to step in and am getting Access Denied as well. Now what?
