eBay home screen and other pages not loading correctly on PC

This is what the eBay landing page looks like on Google Chrome using a PC. I've tried Firefox and Internet Explorer on the PC but it's the same results. NOTE: eBay works completely fine on my Mac! Can anyone help?

Resolved! Ebay signing me out too frequently

For the last couple days, ebay keeps signing me out every time I walk away from the computer for more than a few minutes. I have checked the box to stay signed in. Anyone else seeing this? Using Chrome, Win 8.0.
