My item ended with bids but is not showing up as sold

I had an auction ended with two bidders but it still showed up as unsold. I'm not even sure what to do about it. Any ideas?

I have seen other similar reports recently, and as a buyer I have had one or two items that seemed to get stuck in "limbo" for a while after ending; a short time later I was able to actually get a link to pay for the item. Check the item again in half an hour or so.

Just had exactly the same - bidding over, item ended but listed in 'unsold' section, despite selling!

When I open the item it then says sold.

Yes, I have been having the same issue over the past few days now, only happens for me with auction items.

Yes I’m having issues. Lots of items with bids remaining in the unsold sector.

@voronwis  This is what another member said worked before when this glitch happened back in Feb. 

1. go to the list of Ended items

2. Click on those miscategorized items

3. Click on Bids links to go to bids history

4. Refresh that page.

In the Action column the link "Send Invoice" will get added and now the item will be correctly listed in Awaiting payment list.
