is there a problem with making a counter offer to the buyer

Hi, I tried three times to make a counter offer to a buyers offer...it just resets to the make counter offer page...it does not send my counteroffer....anyone else having this problem-?I tried reloading the ebay listing page- that does not help.

All photos MISSING on REVISE LISTING PAGE! Completely blank??? Why?
