Can't get photos to load

Normally, when I create a listing, the photo area has several blocks for me to load a picture. Now I get a vertical column and keep getting errors when I try to load a picture. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

eBay says the payment was received but the payment is not in my PayPal

I never send items unless I see the payment in Paypal. I never received a "payment received" alert or email from Ebay. Item shows "paid" status on Ebay, but there is no Paypal payment or transaction at all on Paypal. Nothing.
