Cannot ask ebay to step in, been passed 3 business days

I started a return request on 5/2 and have been unable to work out something with the seller. The automatic email states I can ask ebay to step in, but all I get is the option to close the request.

Search giving words/categories, no photos or details

I've checked both my accounts, and if I search for anything I get a page with large black down arrows and blue circles. Categories only, no individual listings.

One month- Still cannot reply to messages - lose some sales

Bing or Google Chrome sign-in and does not fix cannot reply to messages. I am losing sales due to this. eBAY, when will you fix this? Do I need to sign in to ebay with some other internet provider. Do you even care?
