The app does not work on my iPad Pro running iOS 16.7.10 and I am unable to upgrade to iOS 17. Is there a fix for this problem which must be affecting a lot of users

About a week ago the app started to crash every time I tried looking at stuff to buy. It’s still doing it now. Even deleted and reinstalled the app and it still crashes when I try to look at anything. Is there a fix to this?
