Promotion tab gone

I no longer have the option to promote listing. Tab has disappeared and I’ve looked all around.

The app has a bad bug in it. It says to enter VIN or give my license plate, neither works.

I tried many times, using the two different ways to enter, trying both the VIN and the license plate number. Hopefully the programmers for the app will see this.

Click an item you want to view - immediately freezes
