A few possibilities include 1) AI is "learning", 2) you use EIS to ship
to countries that have stricter standards for medical devices, or 3)
your item violates the "Medical Device policy"
I learned long ago that writing "fragile" on packages just invites
disgruntled carriers and warehouse employees to take out their
frustration during times of low morale.
Any "temporary" adjustments to delivery locations must be submitted and
authorized by USPS. Therefore, USPS is solely responsible. If eBay says
otherwise, then you'll need to fix it with eBay.
If you're referring the Calculated Rate estimates that are shown to
buyers, they are all over the place and always higher than the actual
rate. This is why I chose to use Flat Rate, so buyers aren't freaked out
and run.
