There's a lot of stuff you can't do on the app that you can d on the web site.

Hi @maloz-5255 , yeah this issue popped up recently. I don't know if it's intentional or a new bug. I reported it last week and I saw some others talking about it this week.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.

Just use the website on desktop. It's much easier.

Running a business from a mobile phone is possible, but more trouble than it's worth imo. YMMV.
