Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

eBay app is frozen. I’ve turned my phone off and on, deleted the app but nothing works.
There is no functionality whatsoever.
The app has a bad bug in it. It says to enter VIN or give my license plate, neither works.
I tried many times, using the two different ways to enter, trying both the VIN and the license plate number. Hopefully the programmers for the app will see this.
