What operating system version number? What app version number?
Make sure you operating system supports the app and you have the latest version.
Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app.
You may be able to report issues with the app by shaking your device while the app is active, if that feature is enabled.
Or else use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
