Damaged item

An item arrived damaged to my buyer. She commented on how well it was packaged. What is my recourse? She wants to keep the item but wants a partial refund.

How do I lodge a formal complaint against a seller? I have contacted the seller about the terrible quality of their products. They wanted to know if the box I received was open when I received it....it was not. They have not responded.

Problem with app updating bank info
