Problem getting my refund

I placed my first delivery for an item that says it was delivered but wasn’t. I asked if I can either get a replacement but preferably my refund incase the replacement gets lost as well. I went to the post office in person as well for my “delivered” item and nothing. I contacted the seller for a refund. Still waiting.

Talk to your carrier.

you could have gotten scammed. it happens a lot on here.
