Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Cannot update app when installed

Installed the ebay app from Google store. Once installed an update is required and displays cancel and update box, but does not updated when selected. It just go back to the install page.

Can't refresh my order page since the update using a new iPad. Please help
