When I go to the chat to ask what to do, I keep getting an answer that
tracking shows delivered. I know that! But the buyer says they didn’t
get it. Every time I ask the chat what to do, it just keeps saying,
“tracking shows the item was delivered.” ...

“Looks like there’s a problem with your photos, revise listing.” Huh?

still a mystery. Also a mystery is why sometimes it’s on and sometimes
not, since I’ve never seen it before until just now when you sent me the

Where do I find those settings? I’m assuming they’re in the individual
listings based on the lack of consistency. I use the ipad app and have
looked everywhere I can think of and am not seeing that option.
