I recently sold an order to a customer in San Francisco California. Ebay
did not collect any tax from them. As far as I know, California loves
collecting its taxes. Can anyone think of a reason why no taxes were

Just know that if you let them pick up the item without generating a
tracking number, it will count against you in your shipping metrics.
