Worldwide Shipping Mysteriously Changed to Russian Federation Only?

Suspiciously, since sometime after Russia invaded Ukraine, more than 30 of my Worldwide Shipping selections have been edited to shipping to the Russian Federation only. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this someone's idea of humor?

USPS Shipping Priority Insured Not Paying for Broken Items

Seriously considering boycotting the USPS at this point. Their new policy before paying out on a broken item claim requires the BUYER to take the packaging (box, bubble wrap, peanuts etc) to the post office and have it inspected by a postal employee....
