Hi guys I have an item that weighs 15.95 ounces. The label defaults to
15.9 ounces when you enter in 16. I was just making sure I wouldn't run

Nah. That card would need to be returned to me within 30 days of the
item being delivered, which there is no guarantee. Plus I've never heard
of this before.
I ship a lot of things in tubes. The smallest tubes I use are 26" long.
Will I still qualify for USPS First Class Package International? If not,
would I need to use Priority International?
