I have been listing items but there is zero activity. I think it is a IT problem but had Ebay on the phone and the called dropped when they were transferring me. I don't know how to get back in touch with them

Recently I've seen a bunch of sellers coming here complaining about slow sales because ebay has been messing with views. Let's agree that ebay has been messing with views. Let's say the views are TOTALLY SCREWED UP. How does that effect sales?

Responding to a question by a potential buyer

I have a potential customer who has asked me a question about the item. Everytime I click "reply" it goes back to my inbox and won't let me respond. I don't remember this ever happening before.

Can a customer re-order and you don't ship as a way to repay a refunded order?

It happens fairly often that a buyer asks for a refund for not getting their order and they get it shortly after. Often they will offer to repay but eBay seems to provide no option for this. Is it ok to have a buyer re-order the item and not ship it?...
