seems to assume I'm shipping from the US so it's giving shipping times
that are really tight considering I ship from Canada, any delay by the

A reply in another thread I made mentioned an eBay tracking requirement.
Since when does eBay require tracking? Or is this only if you want to be
covered in case of a claim?
I did respond at least twice, once to provide tracking, and again to ask
the buyer to close the case because ebay shows it is delivered even in
the history of the case. Should they not close it at that point?
