Help! Looking for any feedback or suggestions. All my numbers are down. Ever since eBay tried to cram those shipping shortcuts down my throat, my sales have really suffered and I have struggled to get things back to normal. Listing views, click through, sales conversions, all in the dump, overall sales down over 35% in the past month. I am using promoted listings at the suggested rate. I am sending offers. I have everything on sale. I do not use coupons and I have very few items where I am accepting offers - my prices are already low and I am giving so many $$ to eBay with the promoted listings.
I know we are transitioning into a slow time of the year but the decline is scary stark. Anybody got any suggestions, even mean ones? Thanks, jolie

Mess up your indexing as well..

I've seen a ton of these threads since January. People are going to tell you that there are ways you can improve your listings. Take their advice. Do everything you can to improve your sales and what you know about selling. This is what I'm currently trying to do, since I'm new-ish to this.
However, you should know that many, many sellers who previously had successful sales numbers have been experiencing this. You'll hear theories: Since ebay changed the way they count views, listings aren't being seen; ebay is throttling sales; the economy is terrible and people are only buying necessities; you're not selling anything anyone wants. What I've gotten from reading so many of these threads is that no one objectively knows what factors into this. My guess is that it's a mix of some of these options and that the trends in which people buy/don't buy are mysterious even to people who know what they're talking about.
Bottom line: You are, by far, not the only one going through this, and I highly doubt it is all due to your practices as a seller. So just keep going and growing to the best of your ability.

List every day. It seems to help us when we do.
Diversify if you can - not only in the "types" of items sold, but also perhaps where they are offered.
If you use social media, I would try it. We are dinosaur-ish and have never used social media much at all. However, seriously thinking about doing some to see if it draws any attention in google searches.
Really feel like e-Bay should be the one(s) "brain storming" to solve why there are no sales - not us as Sellers, but what do I know? I DO know that sales have waned and continue to do so, since March for many of us and it is June. Really disappointed things have not at least started to improve.

Looking at your completed listing it seems you are one of the luckiest people on Ebay. You are averaging 5 to 6 sales a DAY. I doubt you are going to increase that amount no matter what you do. Be happy and enjoy that success. This is not an advertisement, is it ?
