I am getting all tangled up with some site that is trying to charge me $55 to contact eBay. Is there no longer a free number to call?

Asking for Priority shipping without paying for it.

I see this all the time and I'm tired of buyers making a grab for Priority shipping, which I always offer as a PAID option, but not paying for it. Anybody else?thanks!
