Help with a return.

I sold an item, the description was correct, and same with the photos. But the title was not. And now they want a refund. The title said that it had Wi-Fi but the photos clearly showed it without the option (only Ethernet) and the description did not...

Returned not received but USPS says delivered.

I had a forced return on a new sealed item and said item was used. Usps tagged delivered to address but it was not. I have a box and says delivered to front porch. Not im out my item and the money. Do i get any recourse?
